Kory has worked in the IT industry his entire career and most recently has built expertise in the burgeoning area of IT Service Management (ITSM). He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration focused in Information Systems Management (ISM) from Seattle Pacific University, holds his ITIL® V3 Expert, V2 Service Manager's Certificate as well as many other Intermediate and Practitioner Certificates.
